Supreme Court Verdict On SC/ST Reservation: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने 1 अगस्त को SC/ST के आरक्षण (SC/ST Reservation) में एक बड़ा बदलाव किया है. CJI की बेंच ने कोटे के अंदर कोटा को लेकर फैसला दिया है. सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने इस फैसले के तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के ही 2004 के फैसले को बदल डाला है. इस केस की सुनवाई के दौरान सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ की 7 जजों की बेंच में एकमात्र दलित जज थे. जिनका नाम जस्टिस बीआर गवई (Justice BR Gavai) है. चलिए जानते हैं उन्होंने क्या कुछ फैसला सुनाया है.
